Learn about the ethical fabrics we use and explore how they are sustainable

Banana Crepe

Banana crepe fabric, made from banana plant pseudostems, is a sustainable and eco-friendly textile known for its soft, silky texture. Harvested pseudostems undergo decortication to extract fibers, which are washed, dried, and spun into yarn. Traditional weaving techniques are employed to create the fabric, and the final material is treated for texture and finish. This environmentally friendly fabric offers natural moisture-wicking and breathability, making it a popular choice for sustainable and comfortable clothing.

Bamboo

Bamboo fabric is made from the pulp of bamboo plants through a process called "viscose" or "rayon" production. First, bamboo stalks are harvested and broken down into smaller pieces. The cellulose is extracted by soaking the bamboo in a chemical solution, which dissolves the bamboo's fibers. The resulting bamboo pulp is then forced through spinnerets to create fibers, which are spun into yarn. This yarn is woven or knitted into fabric. Bamboo fabric is soft, breathable, and eco-friendly, as bamboo grows quickly and requires minimal pesticides.

Recycled Fabrics

Recycled fabrics are created by reusing discarded textiles, diverting them from landfills. The process involves collecting, sorting, and processing materials into new yarns or fibers. Much of the discarded fabric is still usable, making recycling an eco-friendly solution that reduces waste and promotes sustainability in the fashion industry.

We advocate for responsible consumption, fair wages, and handcrafted, ZERO waste designs that stand against the throwaway culture.

Join us on this transformative journey towards a more compassionate and mindful fashion world. Together, let's make a difference by choosing fashion that respects our planet and nurtures a brighter, more sustainable future for generations to come.
